PROCEDURE

If you ordered the print option you will begin receiving the print journal, and if you ordered the online option you will receive a letter with instructions for obtaining access to the online edition. The letter will direct you to an online form. You will be asked to provide the following information necessary to activate your subscription to PDI Online:

• A user name and password that you can easily remember
• Your name, phone number, and email address
• Your customer number (included with the letter)

IMPORTANT NOTES

• Print subscription includes 6 regular issues of PDI, and supplements, which vary in frequency from year to year.
• Online subscription includes access to full text of all archived and current issues of PDI. The full texts of all issues are fully searchable, and each article includes hyperlinks to Medline, Google Scholar, and to the online full-text of many other frequently cited journals.
• Subscription year runs from January through December. Subscription orders received before July 31st will start with the first issue from the current year. Subscription orders received after July 31st will start with the first issue of the following year.
