Important Notes:

• All prices are in US Dollars and prices are effective through December 31, 2010.
• Print subscription includes 6 regular issues of PDI, and supplements, which vary in frequency from year to year.
• Online subscription includes access to full text of all archived and current issues of PDI. The full text of all issues are searchable, and each article includes hyperlinks to Medline, Google Scholar, and to the online full-text of many other frequently cited journals.
• Subscription year runs from January to December.
• Payment in full must accompany each order.
• Multimed Inc. offers a 2% discount for legitimate subscription agencies.
