A TECHNIQUE TO ERADICATE TUNNEL INFECTION WITHOUT PERITONEAL DIALYSIS CATHETER REMOVAL

In two adolescents maintained on CAPD, infections of the peritoneal catheter tunnel were treated by an "unroofing" technique. The infections were eradicated without catheter removal or interruption of CAPD.
