PREGNANCY IN A CONTINUOUS AMBULATORY PERITONEAL DIALYSIS PATIENT

We report a case of a woman who became pregnant after two years on CAPD and with minor modifications of her dialysis technique and transfusions, carried the pregnancy to the stage of potential viability, 30 weeks. Suggested improvements in manage ment are outlined.
