Tuberculous and fungal infections are two relatively uncommon but
important causes of peritonitis in patients undergoing continuous ambulatory
peritoneal dialysis (CAPD). The clinical features, diagnosis, and management
of these two special forms of CAPD-related peritonitis are highlighted in this
article.
